and industry preferences when we add those features to the site, and if you
decide to use them.

so:

We don't share any of your information with anyone outside of
American Brand Project.
How We Secure Your Information
- We work to protect the security of
your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
software, which encrypts information you input. SSL is the industry standard security
protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept
your credit card / transaction and order information that you send us when
you submit your online order. Otherwise, the transmission of information
to and from us is not encrypted or secure. We take precautions to
safeguard your credit card data in our internal systems.
- We reveal only the last four digits
of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we
transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card
company during order processing.
Why We Ask For Your Birth Date

about children under 13 so we can comply with the Children's Online Privacy

inability to use or performance of the information, services, products and
materials available from the site. These limitations shall apply not

or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
